If nothing is done about this, we are lost.

How many times must we hear this drivel before something is actually done? Never, that’s when. I’ve learned to smile at stories like this because it is nothing more than click-bait.

If government employees acted in self interest or without guidance from superiors and failed to followed established laws, their actions and activities will be legally moot, and they too will be party to the lawbreaking. Any review of these matters give legal authority the opportunity to correct misdeeds by imposition of the appropriate law(s).

How can we have a constitutional crisis? We live in a police state, for heaven’s sake! We don’t need to worry about things like that any more.

A decision not to prosecute is not a matter that is res judicata. No jury was empaneled, so there is no double jeopardy issue. One prosecutor can choose not to indict or charge, but a successor can make the decision to charge. What people need to be looking at is any statute of limitations that could apply. While everyone is dicking around with this congressional investigation or that, the clock is running. Indict her soon!

Sessions should be fine indicted as an accomplice because of his failure to enforce the law.

This is how I read it. Comey was under intense WH, DOJ, and Hillary minions, particular media types to not prosecute. Knowing she was guilty as hell, he decided not to prosecute her legally, but he certain prosecuted her publicly with his announcement. He was just being Comey a know-it-all corrupt LE bureaucrat being blackmailed into doing something he didn’t want to do by people more corrupt and much smarter then him.

When he tried pulling shenanigans with Trump, he was fired. He wasn’t investigating Trump, he was trying to set him up.

"This is one of the most disgusting performances by the senior officials at the FBI and the Department of Justice that everyone of these agents should be fired and the people who are still in the Justice Department be fired including Mr. Ohr and they impanel a federal grand jury to investigate the conduct of McCabe and Strzok and Page and Comey and Ohr and everybody in the Obama Justice Department that even touched this.

One sentence. This guy's heart is in the right place but geez, can't he ax his wife or someone to proofread for him?

"Animous, everyone"?

There is a whole lot more evidence of Obama conspiracy to intervene in the US Presidential Election and to undermine the legitimacy of the result than there ever was even brewed up stuff about Russian collusion with Trump.

Consider how upset the media and Democrats were when they learned Jess Sessions was in the same room with Kislyak at a reception and didn't disclose it. Wow, real breaking news Constitutional Crisis stuff.

But when we examine the whole of the plot, it was not just the Obama administration and DOJ, it was also the intelligence agencies with all the eavesdropping which resulted in the "unmaskings", AND most importantly the complicit media.

There has NEVER been a story so untouched by the media as this. The gravity of ANY of these recent disclosures would have been plenty to bury Trump if they had the same import to the Russian collusion myth.

How do we get our country back? This isn't even about Trump anymore. Will there be any media beside Fox and other conservative outlets that cover this? Is there ANY integrity in ANY of the outlets of the MSM, or in the Democrat party?

Someone help with this point that I can’t figure out if you please. I am not being a contrarian. I detest every one of these rats and see the avalanche of lawlessness that deparately needs to be addressed. But...

Why did Comey come out and essentially put a dagger in Hillary’s campaign by coming out and very publicly announcing that they were once again looking into Hillary’s emails based on info from the Weiner investigation? Given his obvious willingness to be devious, why not just do it and shut up about it?

Gregg Jarrett: Did the FBI and the Justice Department, plot to clear Hillary Clinton, bring down Trump?
There is strong circumstantial evidence that an insidious plot unprecedented in American history was hatched within the FBI and the Obama Justice Department to help elect Hillary Clinton and defeat Donald Trump in the 2016 presidential election.

And when this apparent effort to improperly influence the election did not succeed, the suspected conspirators appear to have employed a fraudulent investigation of President Trump in an attempt to undo the election results and remove him as president.

Such a Machiavellian scheme would move well beyond what is known as the “deep state,” a popular reference to government employees who organize in secret to impose their own political views on government policy in defiance of democratically elected leadership.

However, this apparent plot to keep Trump from becoming president and to weaken and potentially pave the way for his impeachment with a prolonged politically motivated investigation – if proven – would constitute something far more nefarious and dangerous.

Such a plot would show that partisans within the FBI and the Justice Department, driven by personal animus and a sense of political righteousness, surreptitiously conspired to subvert electoral democracy itself in our country.

As of now, we have no proof beyond a reasonable doubt of such a plot. But we have very strong circumstantial evidence.

And as the philosopher and writer Henry David Thoreau wrote in his journal in 1850: “Some circumstantial evidence is very strong, as when you find a trout in the milk.”

Newly revealed text messages about the apparent anti-Trump plot are the equivalent of a trout in the milk. It smells fishy.

Excerpts:

Remember, too, that when Strzok was busy airbrushing Clinton’s email crimes, he would have known that, had the FBI done the right thing and indicted her for putting national security at risk, it would have crushed her campaign, and helped elect the man Strzok clearly felt should never be president.

In other words, Strzok had motive, means and opportunity to sabotage that investigation.

...

Days after the election, Page texted to say she bought “All the President’s Men,’’ a book about Nixon’s demise from the Watergate scandal, because “I needed to brush up on Watergate.’’

The only thing Mueller’s investigation has uncovered thus far is that he’s the head of a criminal cartel.

We’ve BEEN in a Constitutional crisis > 100yrs. already.

Comey and the Deep State merely believed they’d get away w/ the latest iteration, most egregious IMO: the silent coup.
