(CNN)Dylan Farrow, the adopted daughter of Mia Farrow and Woody Allen, is asking why the director has not suffered the same fate as other powerful men in Hollywood accused of sexual misconduct. In an opinion piece published by the Los Angeles Times on Thursday, Farrow describes her anger over Allen maintaining his career, despite her allegation that he sexually assaulted her in their home when she was seven years old. Farrow first shared her account with Vanity Fair in 2013.
Allen has consistently denied the allegation and was not criminally charged.

Success privilege. I'm not clicking on CNN, but I think the NY Post article brought up the Weinstein/Allen collaboration, and their successes had a lot of people working for the films, and the artistic/wannabe artistic types got future benefits.
Kind of hard to trash those that gave you significant exposure in such an industry. Not to mention it's an industry that has a lot of such secrets/private lives/criminal liabilities to keep mum about if you want to keep working.

You think it’s fine to marry a young girl with whom you’ve had a father-daughter relationship?
Soon-Yi was 27 when she married Woody and in her early 20s when she and Woody began to get involved.
Mia adopted her whilst still married to Previn and didn't hook up with Woody until Soon-Yi was much older than Dylan was when the vile Mia started that whole lie about about Dylan being "abused" by him.
He NEVER really had a "father-daughter" relationship with the older kids.
Hmmmm...what about the very young, emotionally immature, Mia committing adultery, breaking up Sinatra's marriage, and then marrying Frank, when he was even older than she was, at that time, than Soon-Yi & the Woody thing? ;^)

Nothing was EVER proved, re the Dylan story and even some of her kids ( the older ones ) claimed that it was all a lie, back then.

If she had been someone else's child ( not having a famous actress mother and a film director ), she wouldn't have EVER had even a "reading", let alone any hires, as an actress.
