Why is bathroom tissue always one of the first items a country runs out of just before economic collapse?
First Venezuela, now Cuba. Maybe they should have a Toilet Tissue Reserve stored and locked away, just like we have a gazillion barrels of oil stored away for ‘emergencies’.
