At least that is what conservative talk radio host Michael Medved was saying today. I don't agree with that opinion, what do you think?

The same Michael Medved has also told us, or did in a public venue not so long ago, that conservative Christians should support Hollywood, in the hopes that they would produce more “family friendly” films, so I’ll ignore his advice on this one as well.
The translation of that form liberalese is “ Moore is bad for the SWAMP”
Medved is a tiresome, sneering, arrogant never-Trumper who arrives at his opinions in exactly the same way that liberals arrive at their opinions. Though I listen to him from time to time, I cannot escape that impression about him; he believes himself to originate from a superior moral position and this entitles him to issue diktats about behaviors, particularly Trumps, that he finds objectionable.
The bigger question, though, is: Just how effective is Roy Moore going to be if he gets elected?

Medved is not a conservative. He is an archetypal neocon who is only involved in conservative politics to subvert it. I do not understand how he has an audience.
He endorsed Hillary Clinton in 2016, for crying out loud.

You have to give the left credit. They have been spectacularly successful in infiltrating the Republican party. Most of the ‘conservative’ talking heads on T.V. and radio are liars & gas lighters for the demoncrat party and the corrupt state.

The fact is they realize that their brand of "conservatism" (represented by such luminaries as Jeb Bush, Mitt Romney and John McCain) is dying, if not completely dead. Of course their brand of so called conservatism is little more than open-borders crony capitalism with a splash of socially conservative views to keep the religious plebeians on the plantation.

I’ve asked that question to myself. He gets to vote against the Swamp, which is plenty for me. I suspect Yertle is going to keep him off of senate subcommittees at least for awhile.

Medved’s history tapes which he plays when he goes on vacation are excellent. His take on the contemporary world not so good. There is an actual disconnect between his history lessons and his modern views. He did not learn from history.
Conservatives such as Will, Krauthammer and most of the inner circle at NR told us a clinton win would be good for conservatism. I couldn't follow their reasoning. Was there any reasoning?
Any time we can get another conservative in DC who isn't a swamp denizen, that advances the cause.
Listening to Medved punditry is similar to listening to Hugh Hewitt. It requires saintly patience. At least Hewitt came around re Trump vs. clinton.
