When Moore wins and the Senate refused to seat him, the Senate can refuse to seat him. If so, this thing can go in a number of directions. One is for a special election to be called by the Senate which can be done under the rules. If Moore runs again and wins again, they can again refuse to seat him. These are indeed strange days in America.
There is no method to expell a new senator .

I’m still trying to figure out why she asked him to write in her yearbook. Where’s her picture in the yearbook? Why didn’t they show it? Is it really her yearbook?
I don’t care if he wrote, “Darlin’ you’re the best piece of ass I’ve ever had” in her stupid yearbook.
If a man has never done something stupid over a woman, he’s never been alive. This particular man’s suitability to represent the State of Alabama in the Senate depends on the last 40 years of his public career.

Secondly, I agree that Roy Moore should find signatures of his from 40 years ago and see if they look the same as that in the yearbook. His signature is VERY easy to forge, BTW.

There’s a middle initial ‘L’ in his current signature, but the ‘L’ is missing in his ALLEGED 1977 signature.
I am reminded of all the Sandy Hoax families where totally invisible tears were present, but lots of hanky swipes.

Pick up a Constitution and read Article 1, Section 5, Clause 2 and you will see how the Senate can kick out a member.

I have not researched this, but as a lawyer my immediate reaction is that the disorderly behavior must occur while a senator in order for expulsion to be an option.
I don’t see an L in the 2017 signature.
I can’t even make my signature look the same from one day to the next (dang my sucky handwriting!); you’re right: a 70-something-year-old man producing the same signature that he had in his early 30s is more than a little difficult to believe.
These antics are almost laughable.
