A transgender woman found guilty of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl in a bathroom could face 70 years in jail.
Michelle Martinez - known as Miguel before identifying as a female - was convicted of first and second degree sexual abuse of a minor on Wednesday.
The young girl had told police that Martinez - from Casper, Wyoming - took her to a bathroom before touching her breasts and genitalia.
According to the Billings Gazette, she then penetrated the girl.
The victim later told her mother about the ordeal with Martinez, who was a family friend.
Nurses at Wyoming Medical Center then found redness and abrasions on the girl's genitalia.
The girl told an interviewer from the Children’s Advocacy Project that Martinez should be jailed, the Casper Star Tribune reported.

Remember when the proposed NC law banning men in women’s restrooms was being damned by the Democrat media and Democrat politicians? They said such an attack would never happen. It did, but it takes a British paper to report it.

A man who is an opportunist and takes advantage of situations assaulted a 10 year old girl in a restroom.
EXACTLY the reason MEN, including trannies, should NEVER be in a women’s restroom.
The main job of government is to protect its citizens. Yet now, we have government purposely putting laws into effect that put its citizens more at risk such as allowing men into the girl’s bathroom.
We must continue to fight back.

Has any physician - who believes that it’s ethical to assist these people to ‘transition’ through surgery, hormonal treatment, &c - expounded upon how this is any different from BIID (body integrity identity disorder), which is generally treated as a psychiatric disease?
Would these same doctors be willing to amputate an arm or leg - or blind a person - if the patient found a limb, or normal sight, to be ‘alien’ to their subjective ‘identity’?
