Humanism and Existentialism are a religion too. Humans instinctively have religion. Some have a theistic religion. Others have a humanistic religion. Science is about seeking truth. You can’t do that when you exclude a possibility. But, there are plenty of theories that include a not-yet-proven possibility.

Not to be snarky or insulting, but that is one of the most ignorant comments I have ever read on FR....

Religion is a man made construct....

Science in itself does not have eternal answers to many human conditions.
