You’re right, Dale the Whale was played by three different actors...all in fat suits! The actor in the picture you posted is Adam Arkin. Tim Curry (of the Rocky Horror Picture Show fame) also played Dale in one episode, as did an actor named Ray Porter (I’m not familiar with him).
