Report: Kaepernick files grievance against NFL owners for collusion

Colin Kaepernick has filed a grievance under the collective bargaining agreement for collusion against NFL team owners, reports Mike Freeman of Bleacher Report.

Kaepernick has hired high-profile attorney Mark Geragos and is preparing to release a statement about his grievance soon, added Freeman.

The free-agent quarterback has remained unemployed since his release by the San Francisco 49ers in March and has garnered little interest from teams around the league. This has caused some to suggest he's being blackballed for his national anthem protests during the 2016 season.

K is a dope but Mark Gergaos is a very high IQ dedicated fame seeker. Only you and me on this thread know this anti trust angle. K just might be hired within the week.

The NFL needs and craves their anti trust exemption

It will be even harder to prove since the owners for the most part have supported player protests.

The NFL is one of the most highly selective employers on earth. Their hiring system is pretty much institutionalized black balling.

Honestly, it would be rather hilarious to me to see Green Bay obliged to pick him up and let him play after whatshisname getting hurt.

The irony would be so rich.

The last several statements from the Krapperdick camp were voiced by the raghead girlfriend; with nary a peep from Colon himself. Who ACTUALLY initiated this lawsuit? Him or her. SHE calls the shots. This lawsuit DOES emphasize what one NFL said recently re hiring CK; about not wanting to bring all that drama and angst and discord into the team’s locker room.

She is soooooooo pretty!

Unemployed since March, eh? Where is his standing to file a grievance?

What do you need to establish to prove collusion, and how is that different from conspiracy?

Good luck. Hard to prove. Even harder to prove when you were about to sign with a team and then your girlfriend insulted the owner.

Hillarious! The 49er narcissist beside CK can’t resist admiring himself and staring up at himself on the jumbotron.

“This has caused some to suggest he’s being blackballed for his national anthem protests during the 2016 season.”

No. I totally disagree, he’s not being blackballed at all, - he’s exercising his right to protest , and a lot of fans are exercising their right to not watch him protest the national anthem.

What’s the Beef?

This is why Goodell wasn't so dumb after all in his refusal to crack down on these protestors:

Now, all the NFL has to do is point out to an arbitrator that NFL owners didn't need to collude with each other to figure out that they had no interest in signing CK. They decided -- independently -- that he was just a worthless @sshole.

In a way, I do, too. The coaches coddled and babied these gripers. Let one of them put up with CK as his QB awhile.

She is cute.

He reminds me of a bit actor trying to throw around the weight of a lead male.

His $ millions paychecks are now a thing of the past, and he knows it. His next recourse is to win a big-buck lawsuit. When he loses that, he'll make big-bucks as a speaker on the creamed-chicken circuit, a TV guest personality on both news and sports stations, and eventually he'll wind up as a regular pundit on MSNBC cable.

(Or, he'll run and win as Mayor of San Fransicko).

Nobody will ever have to hold a tag day for Colon Kaepernick.

It creates a headache for the NFL at the very least. The SJW’s will latch onto this and keep the issue alive.

He needs to file a grievance against his girlfriend for getting him into this mess.

He must always ask her permission to do anything and she tells him how to do it if she approves. She probably won't let him do this and she will smack him for coming up with his own ideas.

I don't know about that as strategy, considering the number of fans that have left the NFL over it...

There’s an opening in Green Bay.

If he would just shut up and be patient, somebody will eventually need him.

He needs to file a grievance against whomever raised him and taught him his very limited reasoning abilities.

If he had those, his girlfriend would not be leading him around like a trained dog.
