Spending a few minutes each day documenting what you actually did would be incredibly helpful for many of us. Unfortunately, I suffered many concussions when I was younger also, first from growing up riding and being thrown from horses and being kicked in the head... later from crashes during training rides totaling approximately 10,000 miles a year during my youth when I was a nationally ranked bicycle racer. I too have difficulty remembering some periods during my youth. Fortunately, I have friends and family who do remember... I hope accurately.
