Harvey Weinstein has been removed as the head of the Weinstein Company following a bombshell investigation that uncovered decades of allegations of sexual harassment against him, and now The New Yorker has obtained audio of Weinstein confessing to groping a woman. In a confrontation recorded by the NYPD of Weinstein and Filipina-Italian model and aspiring actress Ambra Battilana Gutierrez, Weinstein is heard instructing Gutierrez to come into his hotel room and sit in the bathroom for five minutes and drink water while he showers. Gutierrez repeatedly tells Weinstein that she does not feel comfortable and asks him why he touched her breast the previous day. Oh, please, Im sorry, just come on in, Im used to that, he tells her. I wont do it again I swear on my children. Please come in. On everything, Im a famous guy. Dont ruin your friendship with me for five minutes. Gutierrez is heard asking to leave before the conversation appears to end.
An NYPD commander tells the Daily Beast that Weinstein was nearly arrested in 2015 for this alleged groping. According to police, and as outlined in the original New York Times report, Gutierrez notified authorities that, in March 2015, Weinstein allegedly grabbed her breasts and put his hand up her skirt at his Tribeca office. She fled right after. The NYPD now says they put Weinstein under surveillance with the help of Gutierrez, arranging a meeting between the two at the Tribeca Grand Hotel later that month, at which the actress recorded her conversation with Weinstein (parts of which are heard above). During that meeting, which the NYPD scoped out from a different room, police say Weinstein basically apologized for what he did, but then told Gutierrez, Listen, come up to my room.

What is horrifying is that none of the women slapped the hell out of him in the first place.
Read the articles, she went to the NYPD and they and the DA were paid off. Hell, if she had hit harvey he could have paid the DA to jail her.
I hope, therefore, that the FBI’s involvement in this means they will be investigating the NY DA and the LA DA with respect to complaints etc. regarding this serial sexual assaulter and why nothing was done.
I mean, why is this such a big deal?
Don’t you think they’re all doing it?
Most actresses usually go along with it to get the part.
I meant from the very beginning.
Everything is “horrifying” these days. EVERY lazy clickbait style “journalist” or “Editor” puts that word in nearly every freaking headline they write.
Weinstein is a classic pecker thinker.
What is most horrifying to me is that the POS brought his children into the conversation saying “I am not going to do anything, I swear on my children...”
It is very cringe-worthy. VERY. I have been in some tough spots with guys - but Weinstein is plain perverted. You hear the woman saying “no” over and over and over, and he not only utterly ignores her - he gets extra weird and gross.
My pickup line is: “Hi I’m Rich”
Pretty lady: “Is that your name?”
Me: “Not at all”
#6 Most actresses usually go along with it to get the part.
Some actresses get a ‘big part’ and some a ‘small part’.
Depends on who is doing the groping....
Nothing about most stories is “horrifying” - just continued word inflation devaluing the meaning of horrifying.
She complains he touched her breast - he tells her it’s nothing, “I’m used to it” - absolutely unable to grasp her objections, focused only on his own satisfaction - disgraceful.....
Really, the next person who tries the “grab her by the pussy” crap as a rebutted deserves to have their head slammed through the wall.
It’s a hard way to make a living.
Every actress, actor, and executive who knew about his conduct and did nothing about it is complicit.
