Dozens of NFL players for the Baltimore Ravens and Jacksonville Jaguars showed a unified front on Sunday and kneeled as the national anthem played during the start of their game in London, defying President Trump’s attacks on the league's athletes.

Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin also announced on "NFL on CBS" his team will not participate in the national anthem before its game Sunday against the Chicago Bears.

Baltimore Ravens players, including former player Ray Lewis, second from right, kneel down during the playing of the U.S. national anthem before an NFL football game against the Jacksonville Jaguars at Wembley Stadium in London on Sunday.

I see this is happening everywhere now, this is going to be good! I love watching people destroy their own lives, and the bonus of destroying what is left of the Morally Bankrupt Sports world. well, that is just icing on the cake for me.

I QUIT watching TV, Sports, and going to movies,concerts,... A long time ago when they all gave up on decency, morality, and virtue.

This nonsense will continue now that there is so much media focus on it. If the cameras and the media attention disappear, so will these 'take a knee' protests

unfortunately; since this pushes a leftist narrative and Trump is against it, the media will continue to highlight it.

As a sidebar; there are also people on the leftist side of this who are boycotting the NFL due to what they say is the "unfair treatment" of such a "talented" QB like Kaepernick due to his political stance (as baseless as it is)and because he is (half) black. They firmly believe that white cops are driving around and randomly shooting black guys just because they are black and that Kaepernick (his white family's name) is calling attention to it. They are delusional

. They say he is supporting his "community". CK's "community" - based on where he was raised - is white suburbia.

I am sure the media will attribute any drop in ratings the the leftist boycott for the perceived "unfair" treatment of kaepernick.

I agree 100%.

I bet this is the beginning of the end of the NFL.

10 years from now it will be a shell of what it once was.

When millionaire football players give the country the equivalent of the middle finger that gave them so much. It will not be too long before they fall from grace.

Even if there are a lot of players from the Dominican Republic and Japan.....Baseball will ALWAYS be America’s Game.

One Steeler came out for the anthem. Graduate of Military Academy.

So much for the coach’s “unity”.

Wait for it to hit their pocketbooks. Today’s college players should look at these protestors with disgust and realize they are destroying their future value. Heck, I’ve even starting watching golf and NASCAR instead of pro football.

What a sleaze. And the same goes for those failures from Baltimore and Jacksonville. Disrespectful and lame.

So VERY pleased I do not watch their crappy product any more.

if they want to behave like absolute IDIOTS let them

Maybe instead of calling attention to their disrespect a little Dissing back their way. Fans could start pointing and laughing at their antics instead of showing displeasure.

This is fallout from the Obama Presidency, in my opinion. He could have further healed racial divisions, but instead he fanned the flames of racial tension.

Exactly!

It’s disgusting!

Before I blamed Kapernick, Roger Goodell and a few dummies....

However, this is NOT acceptable. I’m done!

How many people are on a football team?

Each team has 53 players.

Your chant has a nice ring to it. Wouldn’t it be great to see the whole stadium rise and shout it as the so-called players come onto the field?
