NFL players responded to President Trump's criticisms of players protesting police brutality by taking a knee during the national anthem by kneeling en masse Sunday morning.
The opening of the NFL Sunday slate of games took place Sunday morning in London, and many players from both the Baltimore Ravens and the Jacksonville Jaguars took a knee during the playing of "The Star-Spangled Banner."

People are not going to stop watching in mass because of politics...Trump knows exactly what he is doing. There is no market for the NFL better than a good controversy in today's world.
Unfortunately for the NFL their bottom line is down 13% already and all the reports from fans say its because of the knees and disrespect of our country. The subset of people who watch and go to sports games is overwhelmingly patriotic. This will not play out well for the NFL. That will be a good thing. Maybe the Dallas Cowboys can lead the way for them.
Get ready to dump the Vikes. Every NFL team has an oversupply of fake “virtue signaling” knotheads, and that includes the players, coaches, managers, and owners. I got a head start on dumping the NFL when my San Diego Chargers became the Los Angeles Awfuls (can’t fill a 25k seat soccer facility, charge $100 for parking).
Even if you LOVE your team, this is the Sunday to boycott the telecast of ALL NFL games. The NFL wants to show that its fans are more loyal to their teams than to the country. It would be a shame to prove them right.

How we can remain a “union” is beyond me. There are simply two kinds of people in this country (American and anything-but) and we cannot coexist together for much longer. The days of “we all want the same things for our children” are long gone.
