The Emmy’s: just another `Barack’s Back-slapping Society’ and Hollywood She-man Trump Haters Club.
Eff `em. I don’t need their One-hour Hate. (minus brain dead commercials).
All I remember of the last time I watched commercial TV is that it was absolutely terrible.
If you still zone out on that happy crappy, try taking a break. Then come back to it and see what you think.

Hollywood celebrities enjoy being in their social and political bubble. The Emmys are Hollywood throwing a party for itself. If you watch, that’s fine, but it’s not the point of the party.

Heck, they renewed The Good Place (an excellent show, by the way) for a second season and their finale only managed a 1.1 rating with 3.8 million viewers.

What's with all these "The Good" shows? The Good Wife. The Good Fight. The Good Doctor. And now The Good Place.

Hollywood doesn’t care, the big networks don’t care, the big cable companies don’t care.

I quit paying $170 for cable, to watch commercials in Spanish and Korean.

Now under $50 for unlimited high speed internet, an rooftop antenna, and a couple of subscriptions to streaming sites. Currently Netflix, Amazon Prime and SlingTV.

Couldn’t be more happy. Wish we did it years before.
