Also nice to recall that Cleveland’s the city where a peaceful, despite every prediction by the media, Republican convention nominated the 45th President of the United States. Anyone who still makes jokes about the town either have never visited or haven’t in years. The downtown is as clean and vibrant as any city its size and the area is a great place to live and raise a family. Besides the arts and multiple universities and world class museums, how many cities east of Mississippi border a national park?
which national park is that? Simple curiosity.
We (Mrs. henkster, my sons, daughter in law & I) went to Cleveland for a quick weekend trip back in July. Went to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame on Saturday, and had dinner at Great Lakes Brewing Company at The Flats, and then on Sunday went to Mid Ohio for the Indycar race. It was a nice trip and we had a good time.
FWIW, Great Lakes Brewing Company has some of the best beer I’ve ever had.
