It’s not being “butthurt”.
They are an organization that relies on donations for their operations, but their decision to cancel said event shows that they more focused on following political correctness then they are actually raising money for those in need.
So therefore, they don’t value my money as much as another organization would.
I would feel the same if an organization pulled out of a Christian venue or organization for example, for fear of offending the offendable.

Salvation Army has become Political Correctness Incorporated.
They’re worse than worthless; they promote destructive social policies across the board.

Their money is going to be sent to needy recipients via another more responsible source. It is as simple as that.

By their actions pulling their Fund Raising events from Mar A Lago, The Red Cross and the Salvation Army essentially called President Trump a Fascist Nazi loving Racist.
I would think you might understand why some People here think that is unforgivable, no matter the good work they do.
There are other Humanitarian Aid groups in LA and TX who would gladly accept any Financial Donations.
