Controversy as Oregon couple are forced to give up their children to social services after they were deemed 'not intelligent enough' to care for the babies.
Amy Fabbrini, 31, and Eric Ziegler, 38, had both of their children taken into foster care, the youngest right after he was born in the hospital.
After taking a required IQ test, Ziegler scored a meager 66 and Fabbrini a 72.
The IQ of the average person ranges anywhere from 90-110. Domestic abuse and neglect were not factors in the custody case, but didn't need to be, according to a report.
Fabbrini and Ziegler will continue to be granted supervised visitation rights

If the kids were OK, why did StateGov have to take them?
Their IQ would be way above average in Detroit.
It’s Oregon! I lived out side of Wilsonvile. The state is crazy in regards to children’s rights. Been that way for a long time. Pray for them!!!
With this, I think Oregon now is sicker than California, and California has one of the sickest Governors in the country.
PS I understand that the case worker assigned to check on this couple found NOTHING WRONG and subsequently was fired !!
This hardly seems ‘fair’. Angelina Jolie managed to keep ALL of hers after leaving her husband which should have adjusted her IQ level to some degree.
Pardon, but it might be said the parents boinked their brains out.
Someone, please make a point that more than likely these parents were taught by the public school system. This would be great word of mouth advertising.
Were there any signs of abuse or neglect? Were the children fed and cared for?
Remember the NYC attorney, Joel Steinberg, whose abuse killed his daughter. His Children’s books editor wife (can’t make this up) watched it all, fearful to open her cowardly mouth? I’m pretty sure they had passing IQs. EQs, not so much.
Every liberal is a violent totalitarian thug.
Surely the parents wouldn’t move out of state without their children and the state holds their children. It would be interesting to know what the visitation rules regulating their visitations might be.
Parents in Oregon need our prayers and a map to escape to a neighboring state.

This sounds sort of like a poll tax issue. Being dim doesn’t make people bad people. I guess Oregon leads in the race to Utopia! Weren’t they also first with euthanasia? I guess they will soon get to the concept of involuntary euthanasia for global warming deniers and Republicans.
What if cows ate grass? If they did, it would perhaps be a better tasting burger.
