An Alternate Viewpoint: Was DPRK Announcement Of A Possible Guam-Area Strike A Very Smart Move?

The Norks announcement of a Guam-area nuclear strike might not be a foolish, or even un-reasoned move on their part. Stop and think for a moment, and then game it.

Remember, they did not say "Guam", as in that specific island with multiple US bases. It's been missed in many stories, but the DPRK's NCNA specifically said "near Guam"

For example, this is from the BBC story: "North Korea says it is considering missile strikes NEAR the US Pacific territory of Guam, just hours after President Donald Trump threatened Pyongyang with "fire and fury".

More: "The North's official news agency said it was mulling a plan to fire medium-to-long-range rockets AROUND Guam, where US strategic bombers are based."

So the Norks send an old ship into international waters in the middle of nowhere, 1000 +/- miles ENE of Guam. Then they evacuate the crew. Or perhaps they just announce the latitude - longitude of a target in that area.

Kim then launches a nuc-tipped missile toward it, and announces at the launch that the ship or the geographic coordinates are the target. They also announce DPRK has 25 other missiles ready to go. (DIA now admits DPRK may have as many as 60 nuc warheads.)

Bomb goes bang... a big bang. If they miss by 100 miles, who cares? If they aimed for Chicago and hit Milwaukee, that's still a BIG problem. In this case, no one dies with the possible exception of a few lost sailors, which no one will ever know about.

Norks then announce that if any “aggressive actions” are taken against it, they will “launch on provocation.” Space Command informs JCS and POTUS that Norks can launch before US missiles can take out launchers, and locations of launchers is generally unknown because Norks are now using TELs.

Our ABMs can be expected to only take out only 50% of the Norks missiles, at the most.

Now what the F do we do?

No, no, no. Kim attacks in several prongs. It’s not a one strike. Guam is a signal that he would “try” to neutralize us. Guam would be a total feint. likely invade SK, attempt to hit HI with a nuke or more likely west coast if he can reach. Tokoyo with an EMP for sure and a central US emp attack all at the same time during the solar eclipse once niberu has made it’s appearance. I know it’s far fetched. think about it, thoughts?

Won’t Guam capsize with all that war equipment loaded on the island?

My wife, after giving me grief for making such a stupid purchase devoured it along with my son.

Talk about a late term abortion... how old was your son?

While all that is going on, we take out the Pueblo, which should have been done years ago.

We need to goad them into doing something stupid so that we have an excuse to level them.

All we need to do is start an evacuation of Seoul...then they make the first move.

Guam is a feint. High level Nuke over South Korea and Japan. Real Target will be US ships off the coast and Bases in Japan. Goal make it look like US attacked them first to get China/Russia etc on their side. Its about getting people in USA to support them—the anti-Trumpers. Goal: Blame Trump, Democrats will take over—Dump Trump and pull out of Korea and let the north take over the South—like Viet Nam long ago. North Korea could win the war!

I thought Captain Crunch was accused of being a cereal killer.

Captain Crunch is a famous phone hacker from the sixties and seventies.

The cereal survived.

And Ma Bell moved to out-of-band signaling (wherein cereal box whistles cannot be heard).

No war needed...need to take out leader and upper echelons, targeted assassinations -simultaneously when they least expect it. Then rest of Army brass may freeze...not knowing what to do without their fearless leader.

Don’t forget, thanks to Bill Clinton, Mad Albright and Wendy Sherman (Dept. of State) we are at this point in history.

The NORKS share their knowledge and expertise with Iran, Syria, Hizbollah and probably DAISH as well.

They have spread their aggressive knowledge to the worst regimes on Earth.

At some point this must come to a head.

Iran used the NORK model to get Obama’s capitulation...

I think the Guam announcement could just be a diversion, real attack could come from a smuggled nuke in a shipping container to a west port city. His ego suggests he wants to strike the mainland.

The smuggled nuc has always been my worry. One bomb, just one, on Manhattan at 23d street or in the Reflecting Pool area in DC and America stops.

Such a bomb would kill no more than 100,000 at most, but the resulting food shortages, etc, businesses stopping, etc, would kill tens of millions.

“Iran used the NORK model to get Obama’s capitulation...”

I have thought that. Though Iran may have “invented” it all on their own....it matters little.

Still, North Korea, a 4th world country, showed that the US could be bullied and blackmailed with the nuclear hammer. And they have successfully worked that angle for 25 years.

Iran copied the approach from the NORKS.

Once having see that the NORKS completely lied to the Clinton administration in all the negotiations and got away with it, the Iranians did the same thing.

Just before signing the nuclear deal with the Obama administration, people either forgot or do not remember that Iran built a mock up scale model of a US Aircraft carrier and blasted it to pieces as a show of defiance JUST BEFORE SIGNING the agreement! Can there be a better example of deceit and bad intentions on the part of Iran??? What ball less kind of fag would fall for such an agreement? President Obama...
