"This why I avoid amusement park rides, fair rides, etc. Nowadays, people don’t do their jobs and maintain and inspect these things"You better avoid driving over bridges then, too. Remember the bridge collapse over the Mississippi river in Minneapolis a decade ago? It happened because of excessive corrosion, too, and was not caught by inspectors.
