Well, counselor, I guarantee goddamn tee I have written more murder cases than you have defended. And this one is not going to be true billed on the charge of murder.
And you know it.
Or you don’t.
Oh??? Maybe your web of assumptions is about to BREAK.
well goody for you. Why don’t y’all do a better job of policing yourselves so your control freak brethren aren’t killing kids and women and people who aren’t threats?

Rephrasing, the fix shall be applied by police union pressure on the mayor to override the local da and common sense, because even though an ordinary civilian would be charged with murder 1st degree with special circumstances (illegal use of a firearm resulting in death), the guy is a cop and cops can’t go to jail, at least ordinary jails.
Imho if noir is found guilty then the death penalty is way too kind. He should be locked in a cell with a lifer named “tiny” who knows just what to give his new cell mate, hopefully every night and twice on sundays. Tiny can and should loan him out to his buddies for smokes, for the remainder of his life, no parole. Tiny can also oversee his diet which should always include a generous helping of bacon.
This would accomplish a deterrent aspect to other cops who might be inclined to shoot first and ask questions later- I guaran diddly tee it.
Nice day officer labbie
