What street justice are you speaking of? The kind that you no doubt are going to administer?
Hate to burst your little fantasy about hanging a cop for what is a negligent homicide (manslaughter) but he will be charged but he will spend no more than one to three years in prison.
Please look up the legal definition of murder and stay off of juries.

In your heart of hearts, did you actually expect them to charge him? He is their Poster Child. He is their Affirmative Action. He is their contribution to political correctness. He is their contribution to diversity. Do you really and truly expect the powers that be to admit publicly that they made a mistake by charging him with the crime he committed?
