Well put. LOL
Good question.
Question #2: Did the partner/driver have his weapon drawn?
Question #3: If not, then why did Noor even have his weapon out of its holster?

Sudden Jihad Syndrome...
Blonde single unaccompanied woman in dress offending Islam, speaking to a male. Yep. That gets you acid in the face or if no acid and you have a gun with a hand guided by Allah’s will, you shoot her.
Who hired this killer? The standards must be extremely low. Crossing guard...maybe. Police...no.
The three complaints currently reported are what the MPD will *admit* to. More disturbing disclosures will follow. More stonewalling and denials.
Sudden Jihadi Syndrome
Ping to weird Police shooting of Australian woman
-
Dash cam off, too.
I wonder about some of the claims.
.
He’s not the only Somali cop there-—there are others.
Some Americans weren’t hired so that they could have the jobs.
Especially a pajama-clad woman who at the time is talking with an Australian accent to the cop's partner.
Maybe he heard a loud sound - inside his head.
He might be mentally unstable, or suffered some psychological effect from drugs that he used.
If it was a jihad thing, wouldn’t he have killed his partner too?
There’s nothing in the investigator’s report indicating she was talking to the driver:
The officers drove south through the alley between Washburn and Xerxes avenues toward West 51st Street in search of a suspect. All squad lights were off.
As they reached West 51st Street, Officer Harrity indicated that he was startled by a loud sound near the squad. Immediately afterward Ruszczyk approached the drivers side window of the squad. Harrity indicated that Officer Noor discharged his weapon, striking Ruszczyk through the open drivers side window.
I want law enforcement of all stripes held more accountable and restrained from violence against people like LaVoy Finicum in Oregon last year.
This story is definitely weird. Although the Post reporting is pretty standard liberal fare. That first: It’s a story about a somali cop shooting a white woman, so the last paragraph tells us how hard this is — ON OTHER SOMALI COPS. Yeah, because they are the real victims here, they have to put up with people asking them questions.
The weird part. This wasn’t a case where the police suspected someone of a crime, and during the interaction with a suspect, the suspect did something that made them afraid.
In THIS case, they were called because of the report of a sex assault, and the woman (who if you even thought she was part of it, would have been the one being assaulted) is walking up to the car.
And they hear a “loud noise”, and the response is to SHOOT the person who would have likely been the victim?
Like, so say there was a real assault, some woman in pajamas was pulled out of her house and being raped. The police pull up, the woman is walking toward their car to get help, the rapist wildly shoots at her — and the Somali cop decides a good response is to KILL THE VICTIM.
In six months he’ll be back out on patrol.
Maybe he heard a loud sound - inside his head.
...
It’s the driver who told investigators that he was startled by a loud sound. Noor isn’t talking, which is his right.
