The Minnesota cop who shot and killed an Australian bride-to-be opened fire on her after being startled by a ‘loud sound’ near his patrol car, investigators say.
Officer Mohamed Noor, 31, began blasting at 40-year-old Justine Damond, of Minneapolis, just moments after he and his partner, Matthew Harrity, heard the noise in the alley behind her house, according to the state Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.

I would not be surprised if he shot her because she was a blond woman wearing pajamas in his presence. As a Muslim man he was offended. He could not rape her in front of his partner, so he shot her instead. That theory is more likely than a loud noise.

Seems odd that if he heard a loud noise in the alleyway, that would lead him to lean across his partner and fire multiple shots into a pajama clad woman that was talking to his partner.
One would think his attention would have been on the source of the loud noise.
But wait... I’m trying to be logical, and the contents of this article aren’t about logic.
Correct. Partner heard sound. Lady approaches. Then the muslim shoots. Not heard sound and the gun accidently goes off.
So hearing a noise justifies gunning anyone down in the general vicinity of the noise?

Law enforcement is human, it makes mistakes.
Government is becoming more powerful and perceived as a solution to our problems including this inordinate worship of law enforcement-first responders etc. in recent years since 9/11.
I guess its better to do that as opposed to facing the harsh truth that Saudi Arabia is a promoter and sponsor of terrorism in the world.

What a bunch of crap. Loud noise or not, this moron fired a weapon, in an enclosed area, across the front of his partner who was seated right next to him. If his partner had leaned forward at the same time he fired, that officer would have been hit. Unsafe discharge of a firearm is my estimation, along with murdering and innocent person.
He’s had three complaints filed against him in the last two years. The one from 2016 is sealed, and won’t be released to the public. It makes you wonder what he was accused of doing.
Recently there was a police officer executed while sitting in her squad car, and she wasn’t the first. This is the environment that Obama created.
