Romney’s platform was that first day in office after winning in 2012, he would sign an exec order EXEMPTING all 50 states, all citizens from Ocare. Obama exempted all kinds of people and companies this way. Trump should just exempt us all. Then make the pubbies repeal it so that it is permanent.

That would work, and congress not bail out the insurance companies, Medicaid expansion, etc.
