Just some thoughts
Turn off the water supply, then notify the health dept.
Dump all the freon out of air conditioner
Turn off electricity
Car fires suck
Remove electric meter, jump the line, call electric company
Super glue all the door locks
Notify Jehovah witness you’d like to meet them
Plywood full of nails for a doormat, morning surprise
Put them on every mailing list you can find
I like the Jehovah’s Winess ploy.
Those could be considered constructive eviction, and against the law.

I have heard of this happening in northern California. Sad to hear about it in GA.

If you do any of those things during an eviction you will go to jail.
My mom had a tenant who stopped paying rent and eviction took months. She turned off the electricity and water and she got a visit from the sheriff. Eventually got the property, which the deadbeat had trashed, thousands in damages.
Lots of Law, very little Justice.
All they need is a copy of the lease at the power company, etc, and they can have their name put on the bill.
