Well that's it, almost 30 miles per hour. Even Usain Bolt could not outrun this thing.
Depending on how much the thing weighs, where the center of gravity is, my money is on Bolt; He has the brains NOT to try to outrun it in a straight line, and Newton's Laws still prevail...

Don’t need any ammo, just a sledgehammer or a hacksaw. Step off the road into the woods and the robot chasing you will stumble and fall. Then use the above tools to kill the robot.

That picture will not help lessen my propensity to have those reoccurring death by drone nightmares. If people understand the lethal potential of this relatively new technology, they should be having nightmares. This stuff is scary. It will give a small few enormous power to kill many who might oppose them.
This is Tyranny enabled by technological advancement.
