Ginsburg, like the other three, will say and do anything to get her way. They don’t have a liberal view of the Constitution- they don’t care about it.

Kennedy only does what he can ‘liberally’ justify from the Constitution. I disagree, but he is intellectually honest.

I think it’s Stephen Breyer who has been the big advocate for international law.

That would be a game where you pick the international law that supports your preferred outcome.

Many countries ban abortion or make it extremely difficult. Would the “international law” advocates on the SCOTUS be willing to consider those legal traditions?
