Two weeks ago there was still 9+ inches of water on the playa. Still plenty of snow in the mountains to melt and run off yet. Gosh darn it. 👹 A "dry" lake bed a mile or so from us is gonna be mosquito heaven for most of the summer. Some "experts" say into August or longer.
