A man in Oklahoma conspired with a pregnant woman to rape her as-yet unborn baby, police have alleged. Daniel Thomas J. Deffner, 39, was arrested in Yukon after authorities say he was planning to molest and torture the baby when its mother, who he was messaging over Facebook, gave birth.

I don’t recognize this new world that we live. I was only born in 1969 and I have seen things change so drastically that it would be unbelievable 25 years ago. It was not like we were never warned or never saw warning signs. This society will look like what in 10-20 more years?

I was born in 1970, and I often marvel at how rapidly our society has changed. As an example, in a span of 8 years, we went from a military that did not allow open homosexuals to one that has 'pride days' at the pentagon. I've even noticed lately, while watching Seinfeld re-runs, that some of the jokes on that show would never fly today. Heck, I even remember when couples 'living together' but not married was rare.
And some things are so unconceivable to me - on Sep 12, 2011, I would have bet a million dollars that we wouldn't have a president named Hussein, and we wouldn't be importing 'Syrian Refugees'.

Certainaly agree about the roads!! I made the mistake of driving back through Ok/Ark once... bad decision.
