There are thousands of great male singers, but there are probably only a few that you know that really stand out. In your opinion who are the three greatest male vocalists of all time?

Franco Corelli. Just check out a few YouTube videos, or better yet buy a CD. There are others in his class so not saying he is the absolute best, but he is among them.

The best of the classical vocalists show more talent and skill than pop singers, so I’d say Enrico Caruso, Plácido Domingo, and Luciano Pavarotti (with Ettore Bastianini, Jussi Björling, Carlo Bergonzi, Nicolai Ghiaurov, Nicolai Gedda, and Franco Corelli as runners up).

Just to mention too, in the popular realm Bing Crosby had more hits than any other recording artist (including Elvis or Sinatra) and sang across several different genres. He should be remembered more than he is.
