An Australian man posted a Facebook video of a massive spider carrying a mouse up a fridge.
The video taken by Jason Womal has been watched more than 10 million times. It shows a Huntsman spider trying to eat the mouse as it drags it up the fridge.
Womal says the spider is fine and that he has chosen to adopt him.
We have named him Hermie, Womal said in a Facebook post. He is now running his own extermination business out of our town in Coppabella. Oh and he is now paying rent. Lol.

(Seriously, she would move out of the house. Hey, wait a minute...I think I just came up with a plan!)
terrifying ?
All fun in Australia until it is you being dragged by a giant spider.
That is possible too in Australia.
In another life, I could have been an arachnologist.
The other day after using the toilet, I turned and started toward the door and there in the middle of the floor is a Wolf spider (about 1 1/2 inch diameter, including the legs) that wasn’t there when I walked in.
WE both FROZE! —I-—S*L*O*W*L*Y-—advanced, step by painfully slow step.
When I was finally in “squashing distance”, I STRUCK with lightening speed (I had to be quick because these suckers are FAST!).
He tried to run, but I still got him with the edge of my slippered foot. He was injured and STUNNED. I didn’t hesitate for a nanosecond. BAM! my foot crashed to the floor with a crushing dead center blow.
Luckily his smashed body was still on the floor, so I didn’t have to scrape him/it off the bottom of my slipper
I wiped the floor with him and threw him in the TRASH where he belonged!
Now, THIS spider..... I would have gotten my shotgun.
Yikes! I must be gettin old. The SECOND thing I think when I see a pic like that is "That's costin somebody a pile'o'money!". d;^)
Yeah, I’d have to burn the house down.
As long as they don ‘;t kill moose0- I’m ok- when they get to where they take down large game- I want off this merry go round
I got photos of a double fanged jumper- it was so mall I couldn’t see it with my eye- only when I enlarged to photos did i notice it had double set of fangs- must have been a mutation or something-
check out htis fella’s photo site- he’s one of hte best on 500px- very cool photos-
Curious little buggers...
Very entertaining to watch too :D
I hate spiders. That spider would have been a splat on the end of a rolled up magazine or something. Also would not want it targeting my lizards in their terraria.
Years ago when I lived in a ground floor apartment, I found one in the middle of my white tile bathroom floor the first thing in the morning when I got up. It didn't live long........
The first thing I did when I got home from work that evening was to carpet the floor with black carpeting. I figured that if there were more spiders to come, at least I wouldn't see them in the middle of the white floor........
Can we train it to eat the other kind of rats too?
Very nice photos...Thanks.
