Good luck with that. If you ever got it passed, it would be so universally ignored that it would put Law itself into contempt.
For me, I would like to encourage going back to encouraging girls to get married young (18-24). As it stands now, women hopping from bed to bed through their 20's, and then expecting somebody to marry them at 30 is resulting in many women never marrying.
Now, people think of deferring marriage until after college, then until established in a career, and then after that they have a new excuse.

I learned lately from something that someone said about talking about the black community.
We tend to talk about large groups of people as though they are pets.
I married pretty late in life, and yet dated a girl for 14 years (She left me for another, and I met my current wife and proposed in 2 months)
This type of thing is complex and tens of thousands of books have been written on the subject. Still no solid answers. This is the wonder of the life we’ve been given. This is what God has intended for us, purely.
