I agree with Jay Sekulow that with each person and each alleged crime committed, they should just over, start from scratch and do their own investigations. The pick needs to be a boy scout. Has a lifetime of crime fighting. Someone who started at or near the bottom and worked their way up. They also can’t be a public or political figure and definitely not a swamp dweller.

Sheriff Clark is one tough, great American but he’s up for another position I think.
No to Gowdy or the old hat folks like Giuliani who has some health concerns or political picks.
The best bet is a real tough career law enforcement preferably a FBI careerist who is respected up and down in the organization.
So that means names of good people not in the public eye. It will be done and I think AG Jeff Sessions will play a strong positive role in this outcome.
