JW: FBI Court Filing Reveals Grand Jury Targeted Hillary Clinton

Interesting. The Globe has been reporting on an alleged secret grand jury investigation of Hillary since February. I haven't mentioned it here until now because I was waiting for independent confirmation.

I’ll say this, if it’s against her, it’s a lot more reliable.

If it exonerated her, not so much. While the grand jury didn’t seem to go anywhere, the mere fact there was one means we’re not the only ones to think she was over the line.

A pal of mine told me he was contributing to Judicial Watch several years ago, and I started to pull him up short because of the Klayman history.

He clued me in about Tom Fitton taking over the reins. Fitton runs the operation entirely differently - I had to tell my friend he was right to contribute, now that Begging Bowl Larry is gone [around 2006].

Oh, that is not necessary. Any neighborhood would do. None voted above about 4% for Trump.

In the filing Priestap declares under penalty of perjury that the FBI “obtained Grand Jury subpoenas related to the Blackberry e-mail accounts, which produced no responsive materials, as the requested data was outside the retention time utilized by those providers.”
