I seem to be the only one who rants about it, but I believe it should be a Federal crime to hide one’s face in public behind any kind of covering except for medical reasons, in theatrical work, or for children on Halloween.

I agree with you. Without the masks Antifa protesters would likely be much less emboldened and better behaved.
The Auburn, Alabama police forced Antifa to remove their masks on pain of arrest.
There were no masks. There was no violence.
There is a message.
Berkeley Mayor Jesse Arreguin knows this. He wants his Antifa comrades to be able to do their violence and get away with it.
He’s one of them.
I’ve ranted about it. It should be open season on anyone wearing a mask while committing a violent crime. You get to shoot them, no questions asked.
You must not live in a place where winters are cold and winds are strong.
I think it already is a law. It’s the reason why the klan doesn’t wear hoods anymore.
