“You know “they” can’t “take down” anyone if men keep it in their pants.’

Not true. Look what they did to the Duke lacrosse team and the fraternity at the University of Virginia. Even though the UVA accusations were found to be complete fiction, fraternities were suspended and the administration used the event to change the rules governing fraternities such that fraternities are now subject to rules and administration control that do not apply to progressive student social justice organizations on campus. The Duke students were condemned by professors in the press, were charged with crimes by the district attorney, and some were forced to leave the university. The lacrosse team coach was forced to resign. The notoriety of the case may result in the acquitted students from losing future job opportunities.

The media recently made fun of Pence not being alone with women other than his wife but for two decades many executives have followed this practice in the workplace to eliminate the potential of a career ending false accusation. I saw ambitious, attractive, and ruthless females who used their charms and the threat of charges for career advancement.

In today’s corporations a false charge would be career terminating even if an investigation proved the male innocent. Actually the cards are stacked against any male under investigation inside a corporation for sexual harrassment. Usually the investigator is a female HR executive with a strong bias. The corporate legal department will encourage management to push the male to resign. Even if the male is exonerated completely, a cloud of suspicion will always hang over him. Forget future promotions.

I agree men should keep it in their pants. Unfortunately, even the most chaste and virtuous male today can be brought down by false sexual harrassment allegations. The same applies to charges of racial or ethnic discrimination.

Simple charges of sexual harassment against a man is a career ender for him.

Charge sexual harrassement, and you’re gone. There will be a “perfunctory investigation” which will essentially be lip service, ending in termination. End of story.

I have never seen anyone keep his job after such an accusation even if unfounded.

Worst case was the hostile work environment. Guy got his girlfriend a job at the company, she dumped him for another higher ranking manager, then charged hi with the hostile work environment (he avoided her like the plague), and he was gone.

Rule: never date the girls from work.....ever.

Oh come on. The Duke LaCrosse team had a cheap hooker at an all male party. You have to do better than that.
