Well that means he lost a couple years of his life and his career for nothing.

I didn't murder those guys, just that guy, can I have my job back when I get out?

After the verdict, Hernandez was quoted saying:
“Yo brah, I be right back with my team soon as I finish this life sentence.”
To: sodpoodle
his lawyers argued that it was Hernandezs friend, Alexander Bradley, who shot the men in a drug deal while parked at a stop light. That's what friends are for!

Now he doesn’t have to worry about this trial anymore and live his life free and clear....................oh wait.
Rot in prison. He had it all and threw it away.

It could help his appeal on the first murder trial.

Wow, had to read that article several times to figure it out. Turns out Hernandez was already serving life for another murder and this was just an additional incident in his life but found not guilty............

Pretty much wasted tax dollars on him. Either way the verdict went, it wouldn’t have changed a thing.

Just a reminder, his current conviction is on appeal.
Even if he got the conviction overturned, I don’t think any NFL team would touch him nor would the league allow it.
If he got out, I wonder how long he would live given the feelings of the guy he shot (who is in jail for 5 more years) who testified at this trial.

"
Throughout the trial, his lawyers argued..."
Fun fact: Hernandez's lawyer (Jose Baez) is the same one who got Casey Anthony acquitted.
He's still never lost a murder trial. Perfect record.

Will Bill Belichek start him next season?

His brother is sick of Aaron. His brother is the new coach of Ledyard High. Good team in Connecticut.
