I watched and enjoyed this entire 60 minute video. The speaker is a conservative and a military veteran.

No Quentin Tarantino, I guess. Probably a good thing.

My favorite movie never made any splash but it’s a funny fantastic family movie. “All Because of Winn Dixie”. Priceless movie.

He put Napoleon (1927) at #3 even though he admits to never seeing it.

Wasn’t it just “Because of Winn-Dixie”?

It was a good movie.

If you’re going to do a movie list, it is really important to give your reasons for your ratings. And I am partial to the “20 year rule”, that movies made in the last 20 years should be rated separately, because they still have their “pop buzz” popularity, which can cloud an objective rating. Likewise, many movies do not do well at first, but become popular over time.

I saw it on TNT or TBS years ago. A very good movie. Early version of Cinemascope.

I admit I didn’t watch the entire video. Some of my faves in no order: Midnight Cowboy, The Graduate, Cool Hand uke, Yankee Doodle Dandy, One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest, The Lost Weekend, African Queen, Cape Fear, Casablanca...many more.
