So. . . I also pointed out that the MS Surface Pro are a more expensive solution that the iPads. The JD Power award was comparing custooghmer satisfaction of the Apple iPad against the Microsoft Surface. . . that's inclusive. JD Power used the entire line-up of both companies. I will grant that the $329 iPad was not available in 2016, but this is the 2017 year award, and Apple was selling the $279 iPad mini.
The $799 plus keyboard at $129, of the low end MS Surface Pro is a factor of more than 3 ¼ times the cost of the iPad mini. That, by definition "multiple times."
