There’s a reason why the Chinese culture has remained constant through out thousands of years.
While Western Cultures (like here in the USA) rise and fall in 200-300 years.
However. It will be interesting to see how China reacts to their new fascination with Technology and Global Trade.
Now these Revolutions could change Chinese patterns of thought in just one generation.
This is a genuine problem and concern for the Chinese government especially in Guangdong Province.
Once the blacks are there they do not want to leave. They want to keep receiving the freebies. Moreover, the countries of origin do not want them back.

Imagine how they would feel if they had millions of Africans there illegally and Africans insisted on bi-lingual education.

To be fair, he may be thinking American Africans as opposed to African Africans. Most African blacks I have met or worked with who were actually from Africa or Caribbean countries have been very well educated and are hard working, peaceful people. And... most of them don’t like American blacks.

I was in southwest China (Kinming-Jinghon area) about 8 years ago and met this Chinese woman. One of the things I asked her was if there was racism in China. She said, “No, because we don’t have any black people.”
If they don’t like black people they should not have gotten so heavily involved in Africa.

You ain’t kidding - don’t blame them one bit for not wanting any multicultural “enrichment”. Diversity is discord.
