She drowned in 1981 - 36 years ago. He is now 87 years old. If he did, in fact, murder her - the investigators did a lousy job.

Speculation is that Chris Walken is the reason that led to Wood's death. Perhaps she was a cougar at the time. Of course, speculation, she could of just been drunk.

At best, this is a manslaughter case. The most a prosecutor could show is that Wagner pushed Wood, but didn’t realize how close to the edge of the boat she was, when she was pushed over.
