The billionaire was attempting to connect Montgomery with Arpaio in hopes of helping Arpaio understand that he, Arpaio was being surveilled.

The billionaire was asking Arpaio to find a way to get Montgomery immunity so that Montgomery could be a witness but Arpaio said it was a federal matter and basically the Obama DOJ would be of no help. It was then suggested Arpaio ask McCain to which Arpaio responded it would be foolish as McCain hated him and was behind the whole vendetta against him.

I find it amazing that Arpaio is still fighting strong at his age, just amazing. It appears now he will be able to cause recusal of the corrupt Judge Snow based on evidence that Snow improperly held conversations with a DOJ person about alleged contempt actions by Arpaio.

When one looks into the case against Arpaio, it is a complete hit job by persons in and connected with the Obama DOJ, La Raza, ACLU.

He has a misdemeanor trial coming up where he will be without a jury which is unbelievable in my eyes. Snow is slated to rule on his charge although the evidence shows Snow has coordinated with Obama DOJ persons over that charge.

I think Arpaio wins his bid to have Snow recuse himself and then I believe the case against him will be dropped.

In any event, the Montgomery case is now in the hands of a competent DC law firm who should be filing a lawsuit making it public in the next week or two.

Ironically, it was the dems that called for the House Intel Committee to hold hearings to investigate the Trump-Russia connection. Now, the whole thing is geared to blowing up back in their faces.

Perhaps the democrats are bidding to take the mantle of ‘stupid party’ away from the republicans. It’s possible.

I listened to some of the recordings of Blixeth (or whatever his name is), Arpaio and Zullo when they first met to talk about what Montgomery had. If - and that is a big IF - the info is valid, one item that stuck out to me was when they talked about Clapper asking Montgomery to hack info from the voter rolls in FL in 2008. That immediately made me think of the 2016 election and DHS trying to access Georgia's Sec. of State server for unexplained reasons. The election night results for GA, which was never going to be in Hillary's column, were held up far longer than they needed to be by the media. Same with TX (they should check their servers if they haven't yet done so), which Hillary's camp was claiming would be close. Might be signs that some shenanigans were going on that thankfully didn't work out.

I’ll interject a little.

Doesn’t matter that Nunes got it during the transition. As Chairman he is obliged to address it and if he delays, Freedom Watch will file a lawsuit making it public.

If Nunes is on the good-guy team, he will respond to Freedom Watch and if he needs matters to be kept under wraps, he will explain and ask Freedom Watch to hold off.

Klayman is a patriot. If there is a reasonable basis for holding off, he will not forge recklessly ahead.

It doesn’t matter that the Montgomery case was a couple of years before what is now in focus by Nunes.

The Montgomery case, in a nutshell, is about Clapper/Brennan illegally, feloniously spying on American citizens without warrants and not incidental to any other authorized investigation. These are the same actors, in all likelihood, who are at the center of the Nunes investigation.

Here’s the slammer. If Clapper/Brennan can be indicted, then Obama becomes a target. Obama is not immune.

The indictment of either or both of Clapper, Brennan and any others in their circle, can be used to out the truth and the whole matter can then be brought to a close.

Timelines and scopes of inquiries are important but not as important as the truth. I know that seems to ‘just sound good’ but murders and blackmail appear extant here and that’s where the truth can have great value to bring closure to victims of the past and to carry forward lessons learned into the future. It’s one thing to assassinate a terrorist, it’s another to murder a US person to cover up illegal surveillance, especially when such surveillance might be politically motivated.

Just to be clear, what I'm saying is that Nunes isn't acting on info from Montgomery/Klayman because the timeline doesn't fit. Nunes is talking about surveillance from around the time of the election and after, while the info from Montgomery is apparently from a couple of years ago or older. That info could still have some relevance, of course, assuming it is legitimate.

The connection of Webb’s investigation of the Awan Brothers and Montgomery stems from the Awan business called ‘Nanoset’ which bought and sold computer servers for the federal government, all branches.

Webb credibly links facts to infer that the Awan brothers were burning in hidden operating systems and backdoors to the servers they procured before sending them out for installation.

That is one of the big roots of this Muslim spy ring.

It can be reasonably inferred that these Pakistanis contributed to the deaths of Seal Team 6 on the Chinook helicopters and the death of Navy Seal Ryan Owen.

It has been commented and reported numerous times in separate outlets that these fatal incidents could only have arisen from passing along inside information.

What we may be witnessing is one of the biggest spy scandals in US history.

You may agree it doesn’t appear this story is going away any time soon.

That info is relevant because it links the same actors in the timeline he has before him.

The legitimacy of the information is for Freedom Watch to present to Nunes.

Nunes asked for any person having any knowledge related to the committee’s investigation to come forward. Klayman has come forward.

Timeline is not the issue as Clapper and Brennan were actors in all the timelines of concern. If they were illegally conducting surveillance then, they were likely conducting surveillance more recently. Nunes does not need to let them off on a technicality.

If Nunes ignores it, Klayman will file in federal court. That will undoubtedly force Nunes to bring Montgomery in for questioning, followed by Clapper, Brennan and any under them carrying out their instructions. The hearing with those parties will grow a life of its own. It will detonate in some fashion.

The show was hyped up to be “Breaking News” in regard to Nunes latest revelations and so much more, not about Ryans demise.
It failed in that regard.

A Nada-Berger.
I don’t give a crap what happens to Ryan

It was not hyped as that by President Trump. Sorry you were disappointed.
