IMO, I don’t think the administration ever really believed in what Ryan was trying to pass. they will let the Speaker twist in the wind over this....

Well, make up your mind! This morning, there was a Breitbart article that said Ban on hated the bill and said it was created by insurance companies to benefit them.

What this story says is the opposite: the RINOs were for this bill, the conservatives against it—and he’s reportedly targeting the conservatives.
