Oh yeah, i also ‘almost” choked up at Toy Story 3 when the kid is already grown up and going to college, and played with the toys one last time with another kid as he held back giving Woody and the toys away. It was closure for the series. I read somewhere that scene made a LOT of grown men cry.
My son had a week or so “off” between his last job at the time and leaving for USMC boot camp. After he was gone, I realized he had pulled out and watched all of the Disney movies before he went. That choked me up, similarly.
