1. A person given to voluble, empty talk.
2. Nonsense; blather.

There are forms of blatherskite that are perfectly delightful. As in a young child prattling about their day, or a woman chattering with the man she loves. Both are chirping sounds from a giggling stream and raindrops pattering on my life.
