It seems many women today have some major anger , drama queen issues. years ago we would never hear of women attacking other women, fighting in public, acting all out in the name of drama, swearing like a truck driver, dressing as vagina’s/
Is it because many women today were raised as little , bratty princesses who were never disciplined, or is it because society has told them it is alright to have no self respect for themselves today, and they can attack their male counter parts, then play the victim card .
This isn’t a new thing. The violent housewife wielding a rolling pin against her henpecked husband was a standard trope for much of the 20th century.

I think part of the blame lies on men. Men, especially older men like the victim here, were raised by a generation of women who were much more wholesome and worthy of good treatment. Thus they put women on a pedestal. However the boomer women were not of the same nature as their parents generation. As a group they adopted feminism, chose birth control and career over being a housewife. IMO they became more masculine and less easy to get along with.
The blame on men part comes as men still give special consideration to women. That is wholly unmerited as evidence by all the negative behavior you mention that is now seen that was really not seen before. As long as men automatically give women special consideration just because they have a vagina, this will not go away. Why should they if they aren’t held to account for their crazy outbursts?
Younger guys are treating women more like equals. Ask a young man who should pay for dates and I’m sure the most common answer you hear is they should go dutch. Assuming these guys even date at all. These guys operate in a culture of netflix and chill.....talk about economical.
As for women becoming more selfish, wouldn’t you say that is just our culture? Men also seem more selfish and have less commendable qualities nowadays imo.
