The Advocator Group comes to mind but there are a few of these groups .
They know the paperwork system .

Call your state A VA office. Advocacy groups help, some better than others, and some advocates are better than others. A quick phone call is a great filter.
I applied my “filter” in my local area search and enjoyed a logical and professional conversation with a particular advovate. A few calls to different groups will clarify what I mean. DAV, AMVETS, AMERICAN LEGION...etc... mist have reps at state VA HQ’s. Ensure they are phyically represented at the state VA HQ’S level... that helps.
