"yes" is ahead because the libtards love disruption and violence.

FREEP THIS POLL ***PING!*** FRmail me if you want to be added or removed from the Fearless Poll-Freeping Freepers Ping list. (multiple votes using multiple internetz devices are allowed!) And be sure to ping me to any polls that need Freepin', if I miss them. In our area, there have been many headlines lately, about “constituents” demanding these town hall meetings. I am certain that the organized left is pushing for more of these to be held, so that they can protest, and get media coverage. This is another area in which we are in a no-win situation, as long as the media has the goal of promoting the leftists’ agenda. IMHO

They will simply make the town halls invite only.

I voted ‘yes’ because the more mischief they create the stupider they look. They are coming off as the crybabies and malcontents, which they are, and subsequently turn people off..............

I didn’t take the poll but I think security should be in place to remove disrutpers.......this is not denying free speech, this is a bunch of radicals stepping on the free speech of others that are there for a purpose, IMHO.

The "Local" Right needs to show up way early and occupy all seating space, all aisle space, all SRO space before the rabble get there. I know, I arrived on time, on a personal delivery, at a congressional town hall. The place was loaded with rabble; loud, dirty, and carrying anti-Trump signs.

Town hall meetings should card everyone and only admit locals.
No ID with an address in town or reasonably nearby - you have no business here.
That will take care on 90% of the problem.
Town leaders may choose to admit "observers", but they must sit in their own section and be quiet.

Card everyone, and make them sign in. Make themselves known so that they are on record.

Can’t they ID the attendees to at least verify that they live in the right district? Or are there so many organized protesters it wouldn’t matter?

These jokers better get off their asses and get obamacare repealed— and our tax cuts or we will make those town halls look like prayer services.

Some of these republicans won by huge numbers in their district, and then all these protesters show up to keep obamacare, doesn’t make sense. They have to be from other districts.

The purpose of these meetings is for members of Congress is to brief and get feedback from their constituents only, not paid agitators from out of their district. Therefore, admission to the meetings should be limited to voter from that district only.

Be on guard, armed, and prepared to put them down like rabid dogs. But giving in only encourages the bully fascists. Let them display exactly who and what they are. And especially make sure every camera angle is covered so there’s no question later that what got done needed doin’.

Let’s solve the problem, not get wrapped up in some phony, meaningless clickbait pool.

It’s very simple. Restrict admission to those with ID address from member’s district. That gets rid of the ones bussed it.

Next, if some one gets out of hand, tell them “they must stop the scripted act, or take their act outside so the TV cameras can get them recorded there. Most of the people here tonight came to ask questions and get answers... and we can’t give answers if some people want to turn this into a 3d grade playground spat.”

If someone gets into phony hyper hysterics, ask... Ma’am, Excuse me for a moment, but I’m worried. I’m very worried. You seem to be very very upset about this. I’m worried about your blood pressure or something like that. The Xville fire department has some of their great paramedics here tonight... do you need one of them to check your blood pressure or something like that, or CAN I GET RIGHT INTO ANSWERING YOUR QUESTION IMMEDIATELY? (takes control back)

If someone is is obviously putting on a stupid act... Let them go on and on and on... Let them get tired.

“Wow. That was.... ah.... (wryly) Was there a simple direct question in there somewhere.”

If someone wants make a speech, especially an attacking speech. Sir, people are here for answers, not speeches. We all already wasted hours of all our time on overly long, almost hysterical speeches during the election. If you have a question, please ask it, and I’ll do my best to answer it. I promise you, no speeches fro me tonight, but no other speeches either.

AND THIS IS HOW YOU OPEN THE MEETING.

“Here’s the deal. I’m glad so many of you turned out tonight, because that says many LOCAL people are taking this opportunity to participate in the government process on an ongoing basis. Thank you for being here. As you know, there were outside paid protesters brought in too, in part, to take up your time so some of your questions wouldn’t get to be asked. We ensured all your questions will be answered by ensuring only you, people from the district are in here tonight.

Oh, don;t worry, you’ll hear the others. They will start chanting slogans whenever the TV cameras are turned on!

Here’s how will ensure everyone will get a fair chance to ask their question. Bob will move down the line, no favorites, just down the line with the microphone so everyone can hear your question. Please gather your thoughts now, because, in order to get everyone’s question in, each of you will have 30 seconds to ask your question.

(DO NOT PAUSE

I promise you three tings. #1, I’ll limit my answers to a quick, concise 30 seconds , no political speeches. If we don’t limit questions and answers to 30 seconds each, we’ll be here all week.

#2. I’ll answer each question to the best of my ability. If i don’t know the answer, I’ll ask for your name and phone number and I promise, we will call you back within 48 hours with an answer. Not a week or a month. But we’ll get you the RIGHT answer, not some bunk, in 48 hours.

#3, Finally, if your question is an important one, I may also ask your name and number for another reason. We may want to put together a committee of local people to study the issue and get me an update. One thing I know, all the smart answers are NOT in Washington and on some issues, I want to put a committee of smart LOCAL people to help us work through the issue.

Ok, First row, the lady on the blue dress. Your question ma’am?

What is this “Indivisible” group that’s being told to go to any republican town hall meeting and disrupt it? It seems that Google is not surprisingly deliberately blocking info about the group. Indivisible is being described by all the Fake News outlets as a “grassroots” movement, but I see photos of the signs all these libtards are holding at town hall meetings and they are NOT homemade. “Indivisible” must be exposed before the many of the spineless republicans cave.

Why should any republican subject themselves to an angry mob that has been coached on doing nothing but spewing anger and hatred? Of course if the press was honest, they’d show that “Indivisible” is nothing but raging astroturf and the town halls would work in our favor, but such is not the case.
