Another great call by the central government planners. April 1, 2016 11:23 AM
Many Central Valley farmers face severe water shortages despite easing drought
North state growers to receive 100 percent of federal allocation Many farmers south of Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta to get 5 percent Drought’s effects will hit agriculture hard in much of San Joaquin Valley In another sign that California’s drought has eased but the state’s water system is far from fully recovered, federal regulators announced Friday that Sacramento Valley farmers would get full water deliveries for the upcoming growing season, but many San Joaquin Valley growers would face another year of severe shortages. The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, in an eagerly anticipated announcement, outlined the initial 2016 water allocations from the Central Valley Project, the federal government’s massive network of reservoirs, pumps and canals. The results after a relatively wet winter and early spring: Rice growers and others north of the Delta can expect 100 percent of their contracted water deliveries. That represents a significant improvement over last year, when even those farmers with some of the state’s most senior water rights lost more than 25 percent of the water they would receive in a non-drought year. This is winter to late winter flooding California has been getting about every 200 years for the past few thousand years. The last time was in the 1800s.

There are no flood zones in California. Global Warming has cause a permanent irreversible drought. The reservoirs are emptying, snowfall is a fraction of what is needed, and the seasons are permanently altered. Carbon Tax, low CO2, electric cars, social justice, more illegal immigrants and sanctuary state status are all that is required to fight this global warming induced permanent drought.

SO what Movie Studio do you think they used to produce those FAKE PICTURES??

We know they are FAKE because Jerry Brown told us Global Warming will make Snow or Rainfall in California NON EXISTENT.

Algore and Leonardo DiCaprio both said so, DiCaprio is supposed to be the Smartest Guy in the world about Global Warming, just ask him.

Jerry Brown says ‘California is burning’ and climate change is to blame

By C.W. Nevius, San Francisco Chronicle Updated 12:54 pm, Thursday, August 6, 2015

--from SF Gate

CLEARLAKE, Lake County — The devastating Rocky Fire in Lake County is showing signs that the imminent danger is diminishing, but the state faces an even bigger threat, Gov. Jerry Brown warned on Thursday.

Brown traveled to the scorched hillside at Cowboy Camp, just off fire-ravaged Highway 20, and delivered news that was anything but optimistic. The worst is not over, he told a media scrum as helicopters circled nearby. “California is burning,” he said. “What the hell are you going to do about it?”

He stressed that he didn’t just mean this year’s terrible fire season, and he used the ravages of wildfires this season and in past seasons to make the case that climate change is both real and destructive.

“This is a wakeup call,” he said. “We have to start coming to our senses. This is not a game of politics. We need to limit our carbon pollution. These are real lives and real people. This problem cannot be solved year by year.

This is not 200 year flooding, California cycles thru drought and heavy rain much more frequently than, all you have to do is google California floods. The fact that people have altered the landscape and built in floodplains does not change history.

Worst flooding in 100 years, but the real news is the never-ending story of the dozen or so idiots in pussy hats whining about President Trump everyday, no days off.

If you were watching the news-even local coverage-you could blink your eyes and miss it. If it weren’t for the internet, I’d think everything was just funkydory.

Or maybe they’re afraid if it gets too much coverage, people will look around at all the illegal immigrants and rapefugees and figure out where the money went that was supposed to manage water and infrastructure....

Moonbeam and the rest of the California leeches in Sactown better be headed for Argentina if the dams and levees break.

People will want to lynch them.

I know there were republican governors, but the state legislature is demorat and they decide how to spend the money.

My mom was saying that bad things happen to people who mess with Donald Trump. We think he is chosen-like King David.
