There were a bunch of men in the new group, these are brand new people. They had a strange look to them, many had long hair but the sides of their heads were shaved.
In the sneak peak during the Talking Dead it shows the leader of the new group saying something like “We own your lives, but you have a chance to buy them back”. I expect Rick tells them about all the loot that Negan has.
Gotcha, wow that flew right over my head. Kinda surprised they introduced another new mystery group so late in the season. Thanks, I don’t watch talking dead.
